BauErlaubt gives you a structured first assessment of your building project. It helps you find your way and ask the right questions. In the end, your competent building authority decides with binding effect. Our assessment is therefore neither a building permit nor an official decision.
Our content does not replace legal advice within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG). If you need a binding answer, contact your municipality, your building authority or professionals such as architects or civil engineers.
We keep the underlying requirements carefully up to date and add a date to every assessment. Even so, building codes can change or be interpreted differently in individual cases. We therefore accept no liability for completeness, accuracy or currency. Only the information from the competent authority is binding.
